Our Mindfulness Influences

We primarily utilize mindfulness concepts and practices based on the mindfulness meditation principles contained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, and the mindfulness module of Dialectic Behavior Therapy, created by Dr. Marsha Linehan.

Reviewing our Mindfulness resources list also reveals our other influences in this work, including the writings and guided exercises of Thich Nhah Hanh, Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzburg, Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
